2. These terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from our website by consumers. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights. You must be at least 18 to place an order. We may update these terms from time to time; the version applicable to an order is the version shown when the order is placed.

3. Products and health information

Soli is a family vitamin and food supplement brand. Individual products have their own ingredients, directions, age suitability and warnings. Please read the packaging and product information before use. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep products out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have concerns about suitability, as indicated on the product label. Website content is general product information and is not personalised medical advice. We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately; packaging and legally required information supplied with the product should be checked before use.

4. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order, we will send an acknowledgement to the email address provided. A contract is formed when we send an order acceptance/dispatch confirmation . We may decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, a pricing error occurs or fraud is suspected; any payment taken for cancelled items will be refunded.

5. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes where required. Delivery charges, if any, will be shown before you pay. We offer free standard UK shipping on orders over £40. Royal Mail standard shipping costs £3.95 for orders of £40 or less. Payments are processed through the payment providers displayed at checkout. We do not receive full payment-card details. Promotions and bundle prices apply as shown at checkout and may change for future orders.

6. Pre-orders

Products marked ‘pre-order’ are not immediately available for dispatch. Before payment, we will clearly state the estimated dispatch date or window, and whether payment is taken at checkout. Estimates may change; if there is a material delay, we will contact you and explain your options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the locations offered at checkout. All pre-orders will be dispatched in December 2026. Once stock is available, estimated delivery is 5–7 business days. We will email you as soon as your order has shipped. See our Shipping Information page for full details. Unless a different period has been agreed, goods should be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of contract formation. We remain responsible for the goods until they come into your physical possession or that of someone you have nominated (other than the carrier). Please contact us if an order is late, lost or damaged. .

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

For most online orders, you can cancel within 14 days after the day you receive your goods, without giving a reason. You must then return eligible goods within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. Please see our Refunds & Returns Policy for how to notify us, return goods and receive your refund. For sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the statutory cancellation right may be lost once the seal is broken after delivery. This does not affect rights for faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

If you cancel an entire eligible order, we will refund the price paid and any standard outbound delivery charge required by law. Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, Soli will cover reasonable return postage costs where a return is required.

9. Faulty or incorrect products

You have statutory rights if products are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements. Please email us at hello@wearesoli.com with your order number and details. We may request photographs to help resolve the issue, but this does not limit your legal rights.

10. Website and intellectual property

All Soli branding, product photography, text and website materials are owned by us or licensed to us. You may view them for personal use but may not reproduce them commercially without permission. We may suspend access for misuse or security reasons.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.
